The existing wood deck was demolished to enlarge it and replace the materials with lower maintenance materials such as PVC decking. Guardrails were also replaced with Crystalite aluminum and glass guardrails. A stair connecting the upper deck with the on-grade patio was added. A Master Dressing room was seamlessly added maintaining the integrity of the original house design by a popular local design-builder Stephen Lamb of Legacy Homes.
